The National Weather Service reports that a storm system will bring the potential for severe thunderstorms with damaging winds and tornadoes to the Gulf Coast Tuesday, February 23, 2016, into Tuesday night, and across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic region Wednesday into Wednesday night. This storm will also produce heavy rain from the Mississippi Valley to the Mid-Atlantic.
